New features augment sales and service teams’ performance in new ways
Built on the Salesforce Platform, the Youreka application drives revenue via smart field enablement, guided sales and service, and dynamic forms and assessments. Leveraging Salesforce Einstein, Youreka now incorporates features such as image recognition and sentiment analysis to reduce human error and improve customer experiences.
