Description

We are looking for a Project Lead to oversee multiple projects. The Project Lead plays a critical role in our success.  This position requires the ability to lead teams of 1-5 people, experience in software product delivery and/or professional services. This person will also need to possess the ability to exercise judgment with generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques in obtaining solutions, and have the ability to make decisions using broad guidelines. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree ( Computer Science, MIS or equivalent preferred)
• 10+ years experience delivering projects (preferably software products)
• Experience leading teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to adapt and find comfort in dynamic situations

Requirements

• Thorough understanding of Synaptic’s corporate vision and the CRM industry
• Understanding of how company business processes differ from competitors’
• Capacity to bring company and industry knowledge as well as creative skills to the task
• Ability to coach and teach direct reports in an understanding of the company’s business strategy and competition.
• Strong commitment  to self-improvement and skill development
• Ability to adapt seamlessly to a dynamic work environment
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of MS Office, Microsoft Project (Mindjet and JIRA a plus)

Responsibilities

• Ability to consistently meet clients’ expectations on all levels
• Ownership of project management items including, but not limited to account management, business analysis and needs, scheduling, scope, risk, budget management
• Team building; leadership a must
• Project communications, project integration and scope management
• Subcontractor/vendor management
• Background in Salesforce.com – ability to use that knowledge to suggest and explain high level solution descriptions
