Project Narrative: The client had been using Salesforce.com for two years, but was not able to drive the levels of adoption and data integrity they had initially anticipated. Synaptic was called in to assess the client’s business processes and redeploy Salesforce. Jeremy was part of the project team from the onset and participated in the business process and technical sessions, ultimately developing a technical architecture that was better suited to address the client’s culture and usage profiles. As part of that design, Jeremy designed and developed a custom interface to streamline entry of products and configurations for the “in field” teams that dramatically reduced the time and effort required for getting new orders configured and quoted while increasing ordering accuracy and reducing the number of installation callbacks. As a result of Jeremy’s work, the client’s user adoption levels have tripled, and forecast accuracy is at an all-time high.

Project Narrative: A Salesforce.com Global 1000 client wanted to provide more accurate information on inventory to its leasing agents and improve their forecasting. Dan participated in process review discussions, acted as the system architect and worked directly with the client on UI design, analytics and data migration. He designed and developed a new forecasting system to accurately project future bookings. In addition, he developed an intricately designed environment to provide current inventory information to leasing agents and incorporated multiple approval processes and rules to improve collaboration. As a result, the client expects leasing agents to share and pass opportunities to sister facilities to drive over $1 million dollars of annualized incremental revenue.

Project Narrative: The client’s senior living team was struggling to improve their lead management and match prospective tenants/patients with appropriate facilities. Mike led multiple facets of application design for this 400+ seat Salesforce.com environment. He translated business requirements into coding specifications for the development team and led the analytics design effort. The new system integrated information on patient conditions in a secure environment to ensure that when a patient moves, their new room and staff will accommodate all their healthcare needs. The client’s staff was able to better identify where beds are available and whether patients could be relocated to optimize capacity at each facility. There was a significant reduction in user down time and repetitive task entry and a 250% improvement in lead capture and follow up.

Project Narrative: A national investment bank was looking for a way to improve external communications with clients and improve management of tasks related to pending deals. Meryl led the process discovery, defined the business requirements and developed a custom application using Force.com. She created an enterprise-wide system to manage all activities related to deals, manage marketing initiatives and provide more visibility into external communications. This client required a highly customized environment. Meryl created multiple custom fields and objects and used VisualForce and APEX to better serve their unique business needs. The new enterprise wide system dramatically improved visibility into deal flow and shaved some tasks from as much as 1 week down to half a day.
